Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Windows

Order Cancellation
Prior to the shipment of an order, Consumers may submit a cancellation request via official customer service channels. The success of such cancellation depends on the order processing and fulfillment status, subject to the Company's final confirmation. Once dispatched, orders generally cannot be canceled directly. Consumers may submit a return request after receiving the Product.

Standard Return Period
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may exercise their statutory withdrawal rights by notifying the Company of their intent to return the Product within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product.
For Consumers in the United States, our standard commercial policy allows no-reason return requests within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

DOA and 30-Day Defect Resolution
In the event a Product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) , incorrectly dispatched , missing constituent parts , or experiences a core function failure within thirty (30) days , the Company reserves the right to remedy the issue at its sole discretion. Available remedies include issuing replacement parts , executing repairs , supplying new or refurbished replacement products , or providing partial or full refunds.


2. Prerequisites for Return and Data Privacy Obligations

To qualify for a valid return, the Consumer and the Product must strictly satisfy the following preconditions:
The Product must have been procured through official sales channels , and be fully identifiable, matching the order details and serial numbers on record.

The Product must not exhibit significant depreciation in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to reasonably inspect its nature, characteristics, and basic functionality. All original accessories, documentation, charging components, packaging materials, and bundled items must be returned concurrently.

Data Clearance and Privacy Obligations: Prior to initiating any return, the Consumer bears the sole responsibility to back up all personal data, log out of and unbind all associated accounts, restore the Product to its factory settings, and eliminate any data implicating third-party privacy. The Company explicitly disclaims any liability for the loss of data ensuing from the return, inspection, or refurbishment processes. Should the Consumer fail to adequately clear such data prior to transit, the Consumer hereby authorizes the Company or its designated service providers to delete, reset, or overwrite the device data as reasonably necessary to execute the after-sales processing.


3. Value Depreciation, Rejection of Returns, and Freight Costs

Depreciation Assessments
If a returned Product shows signs of use, including but not limited to obvious signs of wear, lens scratches, structural damage, missing parts, or severe packaging degradation, the Company may reject request or reduce the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.

Freight Allocations
In scenarios involving no-reason returns, the Consumer shall bear the return shipping costs, unless contrary to applicable mandatory law. The Company shall only assume reasonable return freight costs if the return is necessitated by transit damage, incorrect shipment, missing components, or a Company-verified core function failure.


4. Exceptions to Return Rights and Service Disclaimers

Ineligible Products
Returns are categorically excluded for Products customized, engraved, or configured to specific requirements ; standalone or activated digital content, software subscriptions, or gift cards; Products purchased through unauthorized channels; Products with damages or missing parts resulting from personal use ; and applications submitted post-expiration of the applicable return period.

Software and AI Output Disclaimers
The Product's functionalities are contingent upon internet connectivity, mobile applications, cloud services, and third-party AI interfaces. Subjective dissatisfaction with Artificial Intelligence outputs—including inaccuracies, delays, misidentifications, or variations in translation/audio style —shall not constitute valid grounds for a defective product return. Furthermore, the Company's legally permissible modification, limitation, or termination of software features, cloud availability, or third-party service compatibilities shall not qualify the hardware for a return or refund under this policy.


5. Anti-Fraud and Anti-Resale Protections

Products are distributed exclusively for personal use, gifting, or authorized corporate internal use. Purchasing for the purpose of bulk hoarding, commercial resale, or arbitrage without written consent is strictly prohibited.

If the Company reasonably suspects the Consumer is engaging in scalping, fraudulent transactions, or malicious return practices, the Company reserves the unilateral right to reject return/refund requests, refuse transactions, limit quantities, or permanently terminate the Consumer's after-sales support.


6. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising in connection with the return or refund process. The maximum liability assumed by the Company concerning any returned Product shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the Consumer.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this Return and Refund Policy shall first be submitted to amicable negotiation via official customer service channels. Should such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the actual sales entity's jurisdiction and submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction , without prejudice to any higher degree of protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws in the Consumer's locale.
