1. Warranty Period
Standard: A twelve (12) month commercial limited warranty is provided from the date of receipt.
EU/UK Consumers: This commercial warranty is a supplement to, and does not replace, your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
2. Coverage and Exclusions
Covered
Defects in materials, manufacturing, or assembly affecting core functions like power, audio, and connectivity.
Not Covered
- Wear & Tear: This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, or minor appearance changes that do not affect the Product’s core functionality, including but not limited to minor scratches, color changes, battery capacity reduction, and other natural wear resulting from normal use.
- Normal Device Operation: Minor heat generated during charging, recording, AI processing, wireless connectivity, or extended use is generally considered normal operation of electronic devices and does not by itself indicate a defect.
- Software & AI Dependencies: Certain Product features depend on software, network connectivity, cloud services, and third-party AI or API services. Functional limitations resulting from service restrictions, interruptions, compatibility changes, system updates, or variations in AI-generated outputs do not by themselves constitute hardware defects covered under this warranty.
- Subjective Experience: Subjective experience differences that do not affect the Product’s core functionality do not constitute Product defects covered under this warranty.
Consumables
Lenses, nose pads, batteries, protective films, charging accessories, charging cases, ear sleeves, and other similar components are considered consumables and are generally excluded from warranty coverage unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the Company.
Voiding Factors & Damage Exclusions
- Misuse & Accidental Damage: Damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, drops, impacts, liquid intrusion, humid environments, improper waterproof use, charging while wet, unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or third-party repairs are not covered under this warranty.
- Instruction Compliance: Damage or malfunctions resulting from failure to follow product instructions, warnings, charging requirements, compatibility requirements, maintenance guidelines, or applicable laws and regulations are also excluded from warranty coverage.
- Proof of Purchase & Serial Numbers: Warranty service may be denied if the Product’s serial number or identifying information has been removed, altered, damaged, or rendered unreadable, or if valid proof of purchase, order information, or payment records cannot be provided.
